Opening an anaxa account takes three steps. First, visit our registration page and enter your username, email, mobile number, and password. Confirm your email and mobile via the verification links we send. Second, log in and complete your profile with your full name and address. Third, when you request your first withdrawal, we verify your identity using KYC documents (government ID, address proof). Yes. We at anaxa support direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you select a bank transfer as your deposit method, we provide you with a unique account number and reference code. Transfer the funds from your bank account to our account using that reference code. The transfer typically completes within one to two business hours during banking hours. For withdrawals, funds are returned to your original bank account under your verified name. Bank transfers are secure and do not require you to share your banking credentials with anaxa.

Promotion codes are entered during account registration or in your account settings under Promotions. If you have a valid code, enter it in the designated field before completing your first deposit. Some codes are valid only for new accounts, while others apply to existing users. Once a code is applied, the associated offer (if any) is credited to your account according to the terms of that promotion.
