anaxaPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use anaxa and how we keep that data protected. We at anaxa collect personal information only to operate our platform, process your deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond service-related communications.
Our privacy practices reflect our commitment to transparency. When you create an account on anaxa, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer, or place a bet on Liga 1 or any other category, you share certain data with us. This policy explains what that data is, who has access to it, how long we retain it, and what rights you hold over it.
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use of anaxa comply with their own jurisdiction's regulations.
What we collect and how we use it
Account Registration Data
When you create an anaxa account, we collect your email address, phone number, date of birth, and full name. We use this information to verify your identity, send you account notifications, and comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) regulations. Your email and phone are also used for account recovery—if you forget your password, we send a reset link to your registered email or SMS code to your phone.
Payment and Transaction Data
When you deposit on anaxa via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we record the transaction amount, timestamp, and payment method. We do not store your full bank account number or credit card details—those are handled by our payment processors. We retain transaction records to reconcile your account balance, process withdrawals, and detect fraud.
When you withdraw, we record the destination account, amount, and settlement status. Withdrawal records are retained for accounting and compliance purposes. If a withdrawal fails or is delayed, we use this data to investigate and resolve the issue.
Betting and Gaming Activity
We record every bet you place on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, or any other sportsbook market. We log every slot spin, live-dealer session, and game outcome. This data includes the wager amount, odds, settlement result, and timestamp. We use this information to calculate your account balance, settle disputes, and detect suspicious patterns (e.g., rapid account drains, unusual betting sequences that suggest account compromise).
Device and Access Data
When you log into anaxa, we record your IP address, device type, browser, and approximate location (derived from IP geolocation). We use this data to detect unauthorized access attempts, prevent account hijacking, and comply with jurisdiction restrictions. If we detect login attempts from unusual locations or devices, we may prompt additional authentication or freeze your account temporarily.
KYC and Verification Documents
On your first withdrawal, we ask you to submit identity and address verification documents. We collect scans or photos of your government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or tax statement). We store these documents securely and use them only for verification purposes. Once your account is verified, we retain the documents for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.
Support and Communication Data
When you contact our support team via in-app chat, email, or phone, we record your inquiry, our response, and any attachments you share. We use this data to resolve your issue, improve our support processes, and train our team. Support records are retained for one year after your inquiry is closed.
Our data protection practices
Third-Party Processors
We share your data with third parties only when necessary to operate anaxa. Our payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet providers, and banks) receive your transaction data to process deposits and withdrawals. Our hosting provider stores our servers and databases. Our email and SMS providers send you account notifications and password-reset codes. Each third party is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services we request.
We do not share your betting history, gaming activity, or personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing firms. We do not sell your data. The only exceptions are legal requirements—if a court orders us to disclose your information, or if we are required by law to report certain activities to regulatory authorities, we comply.
Data Retention
We retain your account data (email, phone, name, date of birth) for as long as your account exists. If you close your account, we retain your data for seven years to comply with financial regulations and to investigate disputes. After seven years, we delete your personal information, though we may retain anonymized transaction records for statistical purposes.
Betting and gaming records are retained for the lifetime of your account. Payment transaction records are retained for seven years. KYC documents are retained for seven years after your account is verified. Support records are retained for one year after your inquiry is closed.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data. You can download your account history, transaction records, and betting activity from your anaxa account settings. You have the right to correct inaccurate information—if your registered name or address is wrong, contact our support team and we will update it.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements. If you request account deletion, we close your account and delete your personal information after the seven-year legal retention period expires. You have the right to object to certain data processing—for example, if you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out in your account settings.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze how you use anaxa. Session cookies expire when you log out. Preference cookies (e.g., your preferred language or theme) persist for one year. Analytics cookies track page views, button clicks, and feature usage to help us improve our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use anaxa.
Data Breach Notification
If we discover that your personal data has been compromised—for example, through unauthorized access or a security breach—we will notify you within 72 hours. We will explain what data was affected, what steps we are taking to secure it, and what actions you should take to protect your account. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.
International Data Transfer
Our servers may be located outside Indonesia. When you use anaxa, your data may be transferred to and stored in other countries. We ensure that all international transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, regardless of server location.
We at anaxa treat your privacy as a core responsibility. Your data is protected by encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
Contact and Disputes
If you have questions about our privacy practices or wish to exercise your rights, contact our support team via in-app chat, email, or the contact channels in our footer. We respond in English and Indonesian during business hours. If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, you may file a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
This privacy policy is effective as of the date it was last updated. We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of anaxa after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
